We accept payment through Paypal, BidPay and Google

to CONFIRMED paypal addresses.

We utilize a varitey of shipping services to get you
the best possible rate. Our preffered shipping
carriers are FedEx for larger
packages, and the United States Postal Service for
smaller items. We only ship to US Addresses only, unless otherwise
noted in our listings. Please specify an address that the product
can be delievered to and signed for during the day time hours. We
are not responsible for the reshipping charges, if the product is
returned to us, unclaimed.
 The flat shipping charges, or
FREE shipping (if offered), only applies to
shipments to continental US addresses only (Lower 48
States) and does not include shipping to Hawaii,
 Alaska, Peurto Rico or APOs. Contact us
for shipping quotes to any of these locations
or any international addresses. Also, some of our
very large items (such as cribs or
dressers)Â are shipped via frieght to protect the
merchandise and are not shippable to APO boxes.
Shipping & Handling includes delivery
confirmation. Shipping Insurance is optional at the
discretion of the buyer. Â
Although, we always take extra care to protect the
merchandise that we ship out, it is possible that the merchandise
gets damaged during the shipping, or while being processed by the
shipping company. It is best not to accept visibly damaged
merchandise from the shipping company. But if you did accept the
merchandise damaged, please report it to
us, within 10 days of the delievery. If the
item was damaged by the shipping company, they will not accept any
insurance claims once the 10 days has passed. If an item
is damaged do not send it back. We can send you a replacement and
get the damaged merchandise back.Â

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ:
All packages shipped to Canada require a phone
number, so that the Canadian Custom service can contact you. In
order to expedite your order, please provide your phone number
during Auctiva Checkout. If you do not provide your phone number,
it will delay the processing of your order and puts your order on
hold, until we get your phone number.Â
We can not and will not change
the stated value of the merchandise being shipped to Canada.
SO DON'T ASK.
Our shipping charges to Canada does not include
any custom or tarriff charges. You
will have to pay for that.
Shipping to Canada could take as long
as 4 weeks.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 100% Guarantee on all of our products. If
you are unsatisfied with your purchase and feel that the
merchandise was not represented correctly, call us
within 48Â hours of the receipt of your merchandise. We
would like to have a chance to correct any issues that you might
have with your purchase. If we are unable to
fix the problem, you will be issued an RMA number and
can return the merchandise then. Â Your item has to be
returned unopened, unused and in it's original packaging, otherwise
we will not be able to sell it as a NEW item
any longer. There is a restocking fee of 25%
applied on all returned items. We will issue a refund
on your account, less any shipping and handling charges, once your
item is received back in the condition that it was
shipped.Â
Please ask all questions prior to bidding.
If you end up returning an item, you are responsible
for paying the shipping charges to send the item back.
The item needs to be in the original box, unopened, unused without
any damage, to qualify for a return credit. We will not accept
items back if you have simply changed your mind, or do not need the
item any longer. Please make sure that what you are buying is the
right item and you are planning on keep that item. There
is a 25% restocking fee charged on all returned merchandise.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE SHIPPING CHARGES
TO SEND AN ITEM BACK TO US, WHEN RETURNINGÂ AN
ITEM.
If your item is damaged by the carrier upon
delivery, please report this to us as well as the
carrier within 10 days.
Please do not send any item back without
first getting an authorization number and a return
address from us. You will not get any credit
back if you send your item back to where it was shipped from. We
utilize companies to dropship some of our merchandise and if you
just send these items back to where they were shipped from, your
merchandise will simply get lost without any way of tracking
it.
If you are returning an item that had a "FREE
SHIPPING" as the shipping charge, since it cost us to ship items
out to you, the actual shipping cost of the item will be deducted
from your refund.

We strive to make sure that all of our listed
items are in stock at the time of their listing. But,
occassionally, we may run out of an
item or the item may go on back
order, by the time the auction is over. If this happens,
we will notify you and offer you a complete refund or give you the
option to wait for your item.
