We would like for everyone's experience to be an enjoyable one here at Plus Size Appeal. Therefore we require all buyers to make payment within 7 days of auctions end. Failure to pay may result in negative feedback, and an ebay unpaid item dispute filed to cover our listing fees. The buyer will also relinquish all rights to the item and the item will be re-listed.

No item will be shipped until payment type has cleared, this process can take up to 10 business days for Checks, and Money Orders.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24hrs, of payment received/cleared. However please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. All orders wil be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Unless otherwise noted.

For health reasons for you and other buyers, we do not accept returns on Bra, Panties, Lingerie or any other under garment not considered normal outterwear.

Because there is no standard sizing guide lines between manufacturers we highly recommend you check the listing description for the actual measurements of the item. If you have any further questions contact us prior to placing a bid on our items.

If you need to return an item please contact us within 3 business days of item being received. You will receive a Return ID number, and address to our returns location. Return the item to us in new condition - unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags attached.

All items must be returned to our location within 14 days of auctions end.

Once we received and process your return, we will refund/exchange your payment minus shipping costs. We encourage you to contact us prior to bidding to ensure proper size for you!

We do not accept returns on wholesale lots, or items label AS-IS. Items returned due to wrong size are only available for store credit or exchange minus shipping and handling charges.
