Due to recent USPS rate changes, shipping rates for international sales have increased drastically. The updated shipping rates are as per table above. Payments made with incorrect shipping rates will be refunded back to you. Since we as the seller are held responsible for the merchandise until it arrives overseas, we now only use International Express because it is the only shipping method available that offers online tracking and proof of delivery.  

Additional information:

  * If you are sending check or money order, it is very important that you include your user ID and the item  number.

* International buyers, we can only accept payment in U.S. Funds.

* N.C customers are subject to state sales tax

* When purchasing multiple items, always request a final invoice before sending payment.

* Shipping and Handling charges are non-negotiable.

* S & H stands for Shipping and Handling, which covers postage, packaging material, packaging and handling time paid to staff. Handling charges for international orders are slightly higher, as these require extra time. 

* Insurance is optional but recommended, as we are not responsible for loss or damaged items during     Transit.                         

 * USPS delivery confirmation / tracking number will be emailed to all U.S. buyers once the order is             Shipped (also check for this in your junk mail filter).

* We will reply to all of your questions and concerns, as long as you approach us in a professional manner (pls no profanity, we dont respond to this nor do we practice it)

* We are not a walk-in store. No merchandise pick up at our location.

* We are not responsible for any duties, fees and taxes for international shipments. Your order may be subject to such fees, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s policies, please contact your local customs office.

* Refused or returned shipments due to an incorrect address or because they were not picked up at the post office will either result in additional shipping charges, or will be treated as a return.
