Shipping:

We ship our items daily excluding weekends and holidays. We ship the merchandise via FEDEX Ground or USPS Priority depending on the shipping method you choose. Delivery time usually is between 2-7 business days. Shipping fee includes shipping+delivery of confirmation and handling. You will receive delivery of confirmation number (DOC) from USPS or tracking # from FEDEX right after shipment. For Canada, we use either USPS Priority or UPS Standard to Canada. USPS for Canada do not offer DOC or tracking service however you will receive a notification from us once your item has been shipped.

Packing:

We realize electronic items are very sensitive and required extra attention to make sure buyer receives the merchandise safely. Thus we pay extra attention to our packing's. The merchandise already comes with its original protective box and packing.

A: We sell electronic items and it is quite normal to have problems occasionally. Any brand name electronic manufacturer will have some level of defective rate. For Frisby products, it is between 0.5 - 1 %. Most brand names has usually 1.5-2 %. So, the most important question is how we handle the situation and make our customer happy at the end.
