Summary of Our Selling Policies
PaymentPayment may be made thru Paypal (must be a confirmed payment and shipping address), BidPay or Western Union Wire Transfer and payment must be received within 3 days (72 hours) of auction close. Please be advised that certain email addresses like hotmail, may consider my email address as junk mail or if you have a high security setting on your email setup. I usually email within hours of auction ending so if you do not hear from me within 48 hours, please email me and I will contact you again thru Ebay.
Shipping

We will combine shipping if you win more than one item within a 72 hour period,  but if the items are breakable, we may opt to ship items in separate packages at our discretion.  We can ship no more than 3 items together depending on size.  Shipping insurance is your responsibility, if you want to purchase insurance, please let us know when you send payment.  We cannot be responsible for uninsured packages.  If you need to file an insurance claim, we will do everything within our power to help.  For your benefit and ours, we ship all domestic packages with a tracking number.  You will receive an email with a tracking number usually the day before we actually ship.  Please allow at least 36 hours for the item to start tracking online.

DeliveryWe will ship within four (4) days (usually sooner) of receipt of payment. We only ship plants on Monday or Tuesday - we just don't want them sitting in a hot warehouse over a weekend.
Refunds & ReturnsIf we have misrepresented an item, we apologize, being human, we occasionally overlook details.  If we have overlooked a flaw or misrepresented an item, rest assured, we are as upset as you are.  We will refund your money (including shipping) or send you a replacement (if available), but the choice to refund or replace is at our discretion. A replacement or refund will only be made if the item is returned in the original condition in which it was shipped to you.  No refunds can be made if you have "changed your mind" about an item you have purchased.
