• You mount this to any smooth surface of your choice such as; window, wall, wood, metal, painted surfaces, etc.

• Payment within 7 days, period. If you cannot make payment for this item within this time please do not bid.

• If there is text or a name option, we CANNOT start making your graphic without that information. Best thing is to include it WITH your payment.
• Each design that has a custom name or text option, has a specific maximum limited number of LETTER and SPACES.
• If this design has a custom name/text option, the limit to the number of letters and spaces of this design is ___NONE____. ( If there is no number listed here, then there is no custom text option to this design.)

• These are CAD cut vinyl graphics, cut and made to order.
• Any design can be made larger.
• To have a design made LARGER, eMail us BEFORE bidding. We will list a specific auction at the larger size just for you.
• SOME designs can be made smaller.
• Not ALL designs can be made smaller. Most of our designs are much too detailed to be made 1/2 of the size listed. Much less made only 2 or 3 inches big.
• Yes, there is an additional cost for a design size to be changed. Including to accommodate more text.
• Other colors than those listed above are by special order only. EMail us BEFORE bidding and again, we will list a special auction just for you. Yes, there are additional charges for special orders.
• We can customize any design, as well as create special order designs. Just eMail us.

• All of our items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation.
• Insurance is ALWAYS your option. If you want insurance, you MUST check the box on the invoice to add that insurance.
• If you do NOT pay for insurance, then our responsibility for your item ends when we deliver it to the Post Office. If it gets lost, broken, damaged, etc, then when you contact us to complain, we will simply ask you if you purchased insurance. If not, there is nothing we can do for you. We HIGHLY advise insurance on all of our items.
• We ship to U.S.A. addresses only.
• We prefer PayPal as that allows us to get your item to you quicker.
• We will also accept U.S. Postal Money Orders. (That you purchase AT the Post Office.
• Money Orders from Wal-Mart, or any other place besides the Post Office are held to clear our bank before making, pack and shipping your item. This can take up to 10 business days depending on where you purchased your money order.
• ALL personal and business checks are shredded. We have already papered 2 different bathrooms with bounced checks. Just don't need the hassle.
• If sending a money order, make sure to include your complete NAME, MAILING ADDRESS (with no abbreviations) YOUR EBAY MEMBER NAME, THE ITEM NUMBER, AND YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. If we do not have this, we don't know who you are, what you bought, or how to find out.
• We are happy to combine shipping.
• For combined shipping ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN ONE SINGLE PAYMENT.
• If you make separate payments for different items, then they must be shipped separately.
• Shipping costs include the actual postage, plus packing materials, labels, gas to the post office, etc. You may have noticed that not only do our selling costs go up, so does our Post Office costs. If there is a problem with the shipping fees, then please do not bid and go yell at the post office, or the oil companies, not us.

• We use an automatic feedback program.
• This program leaves you feedback only upon your leaving feedback for us.
• We are open and honest and as descriptive as possible on all of our listings. If you have any questions then eMail us BEFORE bidding. If you do not understand something, then eMail us BEFORE bidding. If you bid we have to assume you have actually READ the entire description and understand what you are spending your hard earned money on. If not, then please do not complain after.
• If you feel there is a reason why you cannot leave us Positive Feedback, then we would ask you eMail us BEFORE leaving any negative, neutral, or derogatory feedback.
