We will attempt to ship all orders within 1-7 business days upon receipt payment in full. Some products may be delayed due to other factors that occur in our business. Please email us and we will inform you of the situation.
Most merchandise is shipped from a central fulfillment center, thus allowing us greater control over product and shipment information.
We will ONLY ship UPS to physical addresses, NO P.O., APO, or FPO Boxes.

We also ship USPS outside the country and for smaller items as well and we use US MAIL for P.O., APO, or FPO Boxes. Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items that are sent via US MAIL or UPS. We will do our best to locate the product or solve the problem
