Measuring Instructions:
I t is much more important for a wedding dress than for usual clothes. Remember, an appropriate measure is the crucial part for a satisfactory custom-made process.

Pay attention : This is the most important part! For custom-made customers, after you get the final bid, we will send you a standard form in order to supply us with your correct information, and please measuring yourself carefully following the measurement instruction as below:

Measuring Instructions
Note: If your dress is sleeveless, you needn’t provide the items of measurements in green.
	1. Full Bust : cm Measure around the fullest part of the bust.
	2. Waist : cm Firstly tie a piece of ribbon or string around the natural part of your waist. This would be your torso at the smallest point. Leave the string in place while you do the rest of your measurements as you will need it for reference with some of the other measurements.
	3. Hips: cm Take the measurement around the hips at the fullest point, take note of how far down from the waist that you are measuring.
	4. Upper bust: cm Measure above your breast as shown in the diagram.
	5. Udder bust: cm Measure under the breast as shown in the diagram.
	6. Nipple to nipple: cm Measure across the bust nipple to nipple.
	7. Length of Shoulder to bust: cm Measure from the top of your shoulder to the nipple.
	8. Shoulder to Shoulder: cm From the edge of the shoulder socket, measure all the way over to the same point on the other shoulder along the back, as shown in the diagram.
	9. Shoulder to floor (including the shoes): cm Measure from the string/ribbon from top of the shoulder through the nipple to floor. Please ensure you have a shoe similar in height to those you intend to wear on your wedding day.
	10.Stature(including the shoes): cm
	11. Arms eye: cm This measurement gives us the size of the sleeve hole that you are comfortable wearing. This measurement is entirely subjective and you can make it as deep or as tight as you are comfortable with.
	12. Arm Length: cm Measure from your shoulder point to the wrist. Also give measurement with your elbow bend, should be about an inch longer.
	13. Biceps: cm Position your arm as the diagram, now measure the fullest part of the arm.
	14. Neck: cm Measure loosely around the neck. You will not need this measurement unless your garment has a high neck or collar.
	15. Upper arm length: cm Measure from the outer shoulder down to the elbow.
	16. Length of armpit to elbow: cm Measure the outside of your arm from the armpit to the elbow.

Shipping and Handling Method:
This is an international shipment. Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing. We will put the gown in a package. Steam press is recommended after international transportation.

Return Policy (please read carefully)
We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress on Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us with any questions.

We usually advice customer to contact our staff before sending dress back to us, as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.

We will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stock styles.
We will accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect,
brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).

Dress(es) must be received back to us within 7 days of your receipt.
For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges.
For returns, a 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns .

Cancellation, feedback policy

Cancellation Policy: for any reason, you need to cancel this order, you can do so within 3 days. If cancellation notice is received within 3 days from the date of order, a $10.00 listing fee will be charged. If cancellation notice is received after the 3-day period, the 60% deposit is forfeited and remaining balance is no longer due. Please email us your cancellation so that we can both have a record of date and time.

Feedback policy: As a seller, we appreciate your positive feedback. We will gladly return the courtesy. Please contact us immediately if there is any reason you feel you can not leave positive feedback. We will always do our best to make the customer happy.
