Credit card funds are usually cleared within 48 business hours. We will no longer ship to any address other than the billing address on your credit card statement due to the increase in credit card fraud. • PayPal is Preferred! We can accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AMEX, and eChecks via PayPal.  We will only ship to a PayPal confirmed address. Using PayPal will save you two days of processing and shipping time.

• USPS Money Orders:  We will gladly accept United States Post Office Money Orders made out to Tom or Conetha Blumel.  We will also gladly ship to any physical address.

• Personal Checks: Personal checks are accepted, made out to: Tom or Conetha Blumel.  Your order will not be processed until your check clears our bank.

For International Orders

• We DO NOT accept PayPal for International Orders at this time.

• • You are required to contact us within 36 hours of winning auction or making purchase. Failure to make contact will void your bid and/or purchase and your item will be resold.

  • Payment is due within 72 hours of winning auction or making purchase if paying electronically, ie: PayPal or credit card. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO YOUR PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS OR CREDIT CARD BILLING STATEMENT ADDRESS.  If paying with USPS Money Order or personal check, payment is due within 7 calendar days AND we will ship to any physical address..   • Availability: Our inventory system does not always reflect in "real-time" what parts are currently at our network of manufacturer and distributor warehouses. From time to time an item may be listed and sold on eBay that we currently do not have in stock. We will notify you of this right away and we will do our best to get it out to you as soon as we can. It typically takes 2 days to 2 weeks to get parts in stock. If you are not willing to wait, we understand and will promptly issue a refund to you in the same method you made you payment.  To insure that we have sufficient inventory for this auction please email us at .   • Warranty : Item is guaranteed to be free of defects. In case of manufacturer defects or flaws, please contact us for instructions. Defects and flaws must be reported within 36 hours of receiving item. Warranty is void if item is altered or abused or improperly installed.  Installed items are not returnable!

  • Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL !!!  Except in the case of an actual manufacturer defect (Please see above warranty info.)  Weather, earthquakes, carrier neglect or loss, changing your mind, change of address, customers moving, your spouse opening the package or finding your credit card bill, etc..., shall not subject orders to cancellation or return.

  • SHIPPING: Shipping will be higher than stated if you are outside the Continental 48 United States. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada. WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO YOUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS. Please provide a contact phone number for the shipping carrier to contact you if needed.
