We use UPS as our main courier. Insurance will be offered at checkout. It is optional, but highly recommended. We cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged products that occured during transit.

We offer a flat fee shipping rate, and customer can request to combine multiple items for one flat rate fee.

Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and other countries please check with us for shipping rates. The cost will vary base on your location. We guarantee against any defective products. A full refund will be provided for any defective, damaged or misrepresented items within 7 business days after receiving of the item.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, modification, alternation, misuse, repair or physical damage.

The warranty will be provided to the original purchaser only and a copy of the original invoice is required.

Auction winners needs to complete the transaction within 7 business days after the auction ends. We reserve the right to cancel an order or request remaining balance, if the pricing or shipping cost is inaccurate...Let's face it folks, if you see an item being sold at a fixed price for .99 and you know that the value of the item is $99 or more.
