customers in the United States are via Priority Insured Mail with

tracking international shipments, customs delays, or for
customer errors related to incorrect
shipping addresses. Multiple items must be on the same

you can send an email request for the total, and we will email you

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is
very important. Superior Gems sells only the finest quality
jewelry, and we carefully inspect all individual items before they
are shipped. therefore, all sales are final. We will only accept
returns for items damaged in shipping, and it must be returned with
the original shipping package. You must contact us immediately upon
receipt of the damaged package, and to notify us of your request to
replace the damaged item. If a defective or damaged item is out of
stock at the time of replacement, you will have a choice of waiting
until the item is back in stock, or you may select a different
item, or have the total sale price refunded.
