We will combine shipping if you win more than one item within a 72 hour period, but if the items are breakable, we may opt to ship items in separate packages at our discretion. We can ship no more than 3 items together depending on size. Shipping insurance is your responsibility, if you want to purchase insurance, please let us know when you send payment. We cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. If you need to file an insurance claim, we will do everything within our power to help. For your benefit and ours, we ship all domestic packages with a tracking number. You will receive an email with a tracking number usually the day before we actually ship. Please allow at least 36 hours for the item to start tracking online. |

We will ship within four (4) days (usually sooner) of receipt of payment. We only ship plants on Monday or Tuesday - we just don't want them sitting in a hot warehouse over a weekend. |
