NICE Antique Fruit Basket Wooden w/Swing Handle

The following item is a wonderful old wooden fruit (probably peach) basket. The basket has a great patina and a swing handle. It was put together with nice little copper nails. It's in very good condition for the age. Only one of the very delicate split ash slats has had a piece broken off, which is pretty amazing! It measures about 10" long, 8" wide, and is approximately 12 3/4" tall to top of handle. This comes from a private collection of baskets here in the area.

I keep all correspondence and photos until either an eternity has passed, or you let me know all has gone well, in case of problems, damage, etc. Due to the charges for image hosting, it's essential that I'm able to delete photos I no longer need. Shipping Information

Buyer pays fixed shipping costs and insurance. This figure is based on actual shipping (in most cases, it is actual shipping). I use the term 'fixed' only because there are occasional discrepancies between my scale and that of the Post Office, which is digital. Money orders and Paypal ship immediately; allow 10 business days for personal checks to clear before shipping.
