DESCRIPTION

• You will have right to 3 revisions

• You will receive your artwork in the format(s) you had chosen.

• If you require a B/W format for forms, YOU'LL HAVE IT.

• (Optional) CD with your FINAL LOGO in the format(s) you requested.

• We speak, read, and write English and Spanish, so we can work in both languages.

PROCEDURE

• After deal is closed you will receive a questionnaire to help us up with your design - to catch the "idea".  The questionnaire will be send even the payment haven't cleared.  Please try to fill and send it as soon as possible.

• After receiving the questionnaire and payment had received we will start to work in your logo design.

• We will send you (within 3 days or less) maybe up to 3 variations of the logo.

• Choose the most that you like and make the modifications, if any, that you want.

• Let us know your final decision.

• We will send you the e-mail(s) with your finalized custom logo artwork, and if you choose so, we will send a CD with the copy of it in the format(s) of your choice.*  We will keep a backup copy just in case, any time, for any reason you loose your original.

*For an extra charge of $5.00

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The customer should have performed a search by their own company name to be sure the name is not already in use. IDEAS Photoprints is not and will not be responsible for any legal action that may result from improper diligence on the availability of a company name or image.

• Ownership (copyright & title) of the final logo designed become property of the customer, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon payment.

• IDEAS Photoprints reserve the right to publish your work in our further bids, advertisings, and/or our business website as part of our profile.
