"Four Nazi saboteurs land on the coast of Long Island, bury their rubber rafts and head for New York City, bent on a career of sabotage and decadent nightlife. Based on a true incident, this super-8 feature by the late director enjoyed an underground vogue. Starring David McDermott, new wave musician Klaus Nomi, Patti Astor, Lance Loud (from the 1973 PBS series AN AMERICAN FAMILY - also available), Gedde Watanabe, Kristian Hoffman, Eric Mitchell and other familiar faces from the NYC demi-monde."
