PRE BROADWAY PERFORMANCE RECORDED LIVE

Colette with music by Harvey Schmidt and lyrics by Tom Jones starred Diana Rigg, Ron Raines and Robert Helpmann. Based on the the life of the French writer, the show had Pre Broadway engagements in 1982 in Seattle and Denver where it closed cancelling its Broadway engagement. This 2 CD set was recorded live during one of those performances and although not studio produced discs, the quality is very good. CD sets are sent without liner notes, inserts etc.
