Returns
We will allow returns with a RMA number. No returns after 7 days of receiving your item. We try our best to have detailed, accurate descriptions. Item must not be damaged or played and must have absolutely all packaging materials or you will not receive a full credit less shipping and handling charges. Item must be fully insured with carrier upon return or you will be liable for damages or loss. Must email or call for RMA number prior to returning your order. We will do our best to assist you with your needs.

Claims
In the event an item is lost or damaged in shipping we will assist you in filing a claim.
