Terms & Conditions

Please read ALL sections very carefully.

·          All sales are considered final, and no exchanges will be accepted unless we made a mistake

or the item was insured though Mainline Trade & Co  

·          If for some reason you receive the wrong item, an RMA# would be issued to you so that the item can be replaced

·          Refunds are only considered if we cannot provide what you ordered. If we can provide the item and you still insist on a refund, you will be refunded LESS EBAY,TRANSACTION FEE's & SHIPPING FEE'S.  

·          You are bidding on what you see in the picture

·          All defective items must be noticed within 45 days after item is received for all insured items.

·          Buyers need to return the defective item for the replacement at his/her own cost.

·          Item must be shipped to our AUTHORIZED service/return center, not the address on the shipping label.   We have warehouses across the country.  

·          Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in any case. Even items that state "FREE SHIPPING". Shipping to the Buyer was not Free, we just build the cost of shipping into the auction.

·          Postal/shipping insurance is required for cover ing any postal loss and damage.

 A claim could only be processed after the proof of loss documents (for confirming the postal loss or damage) received from the post office.

·          Please make sure your shipping Address is Correct. We will only follow your address listed in the payment for the shipment.

·          We are not responsible for the shipping address provided. Due to security reasons a SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED

·          Buyers need to pay S&H again for reshipping the item (except the wrong buyer address is written by us).

·          Please contact us within 30 Business days if the item is not arrived.

·          We reserve the rights to refuse the order for the bidders having zero, negative or hidden feedback and all non-registered bidders.

·          Payment will be refunded for unacceptable multiple orders and those orders will also be cancelled from eBay.

·          If you are unsure or didn't see the optional box for insurance listed on your payment page, if there is any problem or any other question about the auction, please use the ASK SELLER A QUESTION listed in the top right of the Auction

Payment Policy

·          ***PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE AUCTION***

 us if there will be a delay, we understand issues happen.***

·          Item will be shipped after receiving full cleared payment  

·          Credit card payments are available through MoneyBookers

·          Please do not bid if you do not intend to buy and/or will not respond to any contact from the Seller.

·          Unpaid Item disputes would be filed against ALL non-paying bidders/buyers.

Shipping Policy

·          Please check the Shipping & Handling Fee and Insurance before bid and purchase.

·          Items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS for all domestic shipments.   It takes 3-15 working days for delivery. Sometimes faster.

·          Shipping days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

·          Please note that s/h charges cannot be combined with other auctions

·           If you do not agree to pay the insurance, YOU ARE ASSUMMING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ITEM BEING DAMAGED or MISPLACED in transit. 

·          WE ALWAYS, STRONGLY URGE YOU TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT, SINCE WE CAN NOT CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR ITEM LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE HANDS, BEFORE IT ARRIVES TO YOUR HOME OR OFFICE.

·          Please do not send emails requesting combine shipment or discount after you bid and purchase.

·          We will post the item for you after full payment have been received

·          SHIPPING OF ANY KIND OF LIQUIDS MAY ADD AN ADDITIONAL 2 to 3 DAYS TO TRANSIT TIMES

·          Any shipping charges are non refundable sent to the BUYER or from the BUYER to SELLER

Returns Policy

·          We only handle insured outbound returns with a RMA number from our Warehouse Manager.   If you need to return your item, and it was insured under our shipping and 45 days satisfaction exchange program. Please contact us at

·          The BUYER is responsible for shipping any insured item/s back us.

·          Items that was uninsured though us, the BUYER must contact the Manufacture any issues with the unit.

·          If your item was shipped by UPS, uninsured by us and you notice damage on your item after you open the box a few days later. Please contact UPS and file your claim with them.   They will cover up to $100.

·          BUYERS are responsible for all return shipping costs for any item that is returned as undeliverable OR unclaimed.  

·          Additionally, reshipment of any returned item is the responsibility of the BUYER.

INSURANCE GUARANTEE & FEEDBACK

Insurance Guarantee for NEW Items Policy (When Offered)

If you had purchased our optional insurance, we will exchange your unit if there is any damage NOT CAUSED BY, Dogs, Spills, Drops, Misuse or Abuse.. (you get the point, from Normal Use),   when it arrives or after you open the box up to 45 days from arrival.   Any problems with the unit during the first 45 days, Mainline Trade & Co will reship a new unit back to the Buyer, FREE OF CHARGE after confirming the defective unit is in route to our return warehouse with an RMA marked clearly on the box or shipping label.

Insurance on Used Items

If we advertised the the unit working, you may insure the item to protect your winning bid/investment.  By also purchasing the optional insurance what is coved is the cost of the item as well as DAMAGED or MISPLACED in transit.

Feedback Policy

Please leave us some feedback if everything is OK when you receive the item. That reassures us that your item arrived and you are happy with it.

With Items like Grills, Fountains, Fishing Rod Combos and air conditioning units, we personal test them and put them though much hard use conditions then you would for the first 2 or 3 years you would own it.
