ATTENTION:  This reply was initially posted as a response to "rorreyguy" but afterewards i decided to post it for all to see. I'm really working my @$$ off to get all reminding orders placed between November 1st - 10th out. Most of which have already been sent and the rest are an inch from done. I expect to be complete caught up over the weekend. Please be patient or just ask for a refund WHICH WILL BE GRANTED if thats what you want. Anyway, here's my reply to "rorreyguy":

the delays have been due to the personally stuff that have been going on in my life - my girl is currently in a coma that she went into on Monday. right before that happened we had to rush her to the hospital because she fainted on 2-3 separate occasion pretty much for nothing. they didn't know what was going on but eventually would find out that its a tumor but because of its placement and size an operation might take out to be fatal than not. her parents and undecided about what to do so right now all we can do is wait. anyway, regardless, i'm actually back, working day and night to fill all orders and just simply keep my mind off of everything. i had 2 different friends working for me while i was gone but they didn't do half as much as i expected them to do. so hence where i stand right now and actually why i had to order some new equipment to help me catch up. there are ALOT of impatient people out there who simply don't care about my problems and that i might have a life too. so please please please is what i currently aim to do. honestly though, i've actually been trying about just quitting because i decided to provide this service to help out others who don't have the time as well as to make a little money towards my college bills. sigh... all that said, just be a little more patient. if you can't do that i understand because i too am an impatient person. just do me a favor and don't get nasty. if you want a refund simply say it and i'll refund your money with no hesitation. i'm not trying to rip anyone off. its a lot easier and a WHOLE alot less hassle to just do the right thing. Oh yeah, to make things a bit more convenient since I don't have immediate access to the tracking numbers from the orders that Kira have shipped. At the bottom of the page is a list of everyone whose orders have gotten shipped recently so you might want to take a look at it for your names. Since this is a question that EVERYONE is obviously going to continue to ask to answer all current customers and future customers: My backups are NOT Verbatims. They have a media code that is almost IDENTICAL to that of Verbatims but ARE NOT VERBATIMS! They perform better than Ritek and Memorex both. I guaran-damn-tee that they will work on ANY console drive. I've personally tested them on every type since I have access to every type being that I actually sell consoles too. So Lite-Ons, perfect. Samsung, excellent. Hitachi, great. And BenQ... AMAZINGLY SUPERB!!! They all work... I promise you this.
