Return request must be no later than 3 business days from the day you received it ,We do not accept any refunds unless there is a defect in the bag that makes it unusable.

The bags for Refunds must meet the following clause:

2.Obvious wrong size
3.It is a complete different bag from your order.
4.The following reason cannot be accepted.

You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer .
