Here is offered a DVD entitled VALERIE HARPER Interviews 3. It is the third in a series of DVDs that feature Valerie being interviewed or referenced, and the period that this DVD covers is from 1989, 1995 and 2000. As many of her fans know, 1995 was the time that she went back to her theatrical roots and found success with such plays as " Death Defying Acts". The year 2000 saw her reunite with former co-star Mary Tyler Moore for the movie " Mary & Rhoda". The episodic breakdown is as follows: 1) TALK ALL STARS (10/8/95) Valerie is interviewed by Al Roker with questions about her career and her off-Broadway play " Death Defying Acts". (Quality is 9/10) 2) BIGGERS & SUMMERS (1995) Valerie is interviewed about her off-Broadway play " Death Defying Acts" and her move back to the East Coast. (Quality is 9/10). 3) POLITICALLY INCORRECT - BILL MAHER (2/3/00) Valerie joins the panel of Bill Maher's show with David Brenner, Trace Adkins and Monica Crowley. (Quality is 9/10) 4) THE AINSLEY HARRIOTT SHOW (2/7/00) Ainsley teaches Valerie how to make a breakfast dessert treat for Valentine's Day. (Quality is 9/10). 5) ACCESS HOLLYWOOD (2/8/00) A quick news brief on the successful ratings of the movie " Mary & Rhoda". (Quality is 9/10) 6) SHOWBIZ TODAY (1989) Clip about the passing of Lucille Ball, to which Valerie pays tribute. (Quality is 8/10) 7) ROSIE O'DONNELL SHOW (Unknown) Brief clip where Valerie recites a poem on adoption. (Quality is 9/10) 8) LAUREN HUTTON AND... (12/1/95) Valerie is interviewed with questions about her career and her thoughts on ending world hunger. (Quality is 9/10) All clips come on one DVD in a single sided DVD case with artwork (see scans). The DVD itself is NOT labeled. I have found that the shelf life of many CDs and DVDs decreases dramatically when adhesive labels or silkscreens are applied to discs, so I leave them blank (see scans). There is a menu screen where you can choose which episode to play (see scan). Each episode is broken up in chapters of 5 minute intervals. All episodes are NOT from a master but from a transfer from when they were broadcasted on TV. All sales are final. If DVD is defective, I will gladly replace defective disc with new one at new cost to you. Due to how easy it is to duplicate items these days, I cannot and will not issue refunds once item is won. Please understand this before purchasing. If there are any questions, please contact me at: ejsnet1@yahoo.com I will do my utmost to answer any questions in a timely manner. Thank you. |
