Please note color of the drapes can vary from monitor to monitor, and actual fabric may be of different shades as Silk/Nylon is a natural fabric and each dye lot differs.

Shipment  

1.      We ship out items by Express Mail Service( EMS), package track number and track website provid. It usually needs 5-10 days on the way, if still not receive after two weeks, pls contact with us

2.      We do like to help our customers save money by combining shipping/handling if purchasing more than 1 item at the same time

3.      Some countries in Europe couldn’t accept EMS. DHL may cost more for shipping so please ask prior to bidding. 

Return Policy

We will give a full refund only if the item you receive is different from the description. A Refund will be given ter the item is receiv back to the store. It must be return within 3 days of receipt and in the same condition it was sent in. You must contact us before shipping any items back. We will not refund shipping costs and do not reimburse for shipping back to me.
