If your item(s) being stolen or changed, please let courier staff give a paper proof to you face to face immediately, then you can make a claim for compensation from the Express company.

10. The shipment usually takes approximately 7-15+ business days to Worldwide by International Airmail.  
11. Ship to Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, Brazil must pay USD2 for shipping insurance.
12. We will NOT be responsible for any delay during delivery such as customs postage checking.

For all defective items, buyer need to send pictures to proof the damages parts, after that we will offer replacement within

20 days since you contact us.

If buyer do not satisfy with purchase or request full refund, buyer need to contact us within 3 days after you received the

items. Please return in  full packages, bags and tags.

We will offer full refund of the payment that you made via Paypal once received your return parcel. Please understand that

we will not responsible for the return postage fee.

Returns will only be accepted when it's in its original condition.
