RETURNS:
We gladly accept returns if you receive a damaged or incorrect
item. Please notify us within 5 days of your receipt. Most damaged
items are replaced without returning.
If you are unhappy with your item, you may
return it by contacting us
within 7 days of receipt for a return approval. We must
receive items back within 10 days of the date we issue the return
approval. Items received back without prior approval will not be
accepted.
Your purchase price (less shipping costs paid) will be
refunded after we have received item back in original packaging
with no signs of wear. Return shipping fees are not covered.
Returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Thank you
for your undersanding!
All of our items(most are shipped
from a supplier) are checked at time of auction listing and are in
stock at our warehouse, however, due to the nature of online
auctions duration period, in rare instances, it is possible that an
item may become out of stock. If this should happen, a complete
refund will be issued immediately, or item may be placed on back
order and will be shipped to the buyer within the 30th day of
auction end, if it can be re-ordered
