Combined shipping and handling is $2.95 for the 1st item and $1.95 for each additional Klip combo or .95 for individual webkinz.

 

Payment is due within seven (7) days of the auction close and for combined shipping. Credit card and Paypal for payment, are our preferred payment method and the fastest processing for shipping to you. If you would like to pay via credit card please call 262-250-1390 between the hours of 11-7 pm CST (Sunday - Saturday). Please know that unpaid item reminder go out automatically after seven (7) days even if payment arrangements are made. Sometimes buyers do not follow though and this is the process we must go through to recoup final value fees charged by EBAY. Please do not take it personal. If not paid or emailed within the seven (7) days, I reserve the right to restock or relist the item. You may have to wait for the next shipment in that case.


We use United States Postal Service, but reserve the right to use the most economical carrier as long as delivery time is the same. We try to ship within three days of payment (excluding weekends) but understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances in life happen. Usually Tuesday and Thursdays are packaging days after the payment is received. We try to give you an option on shipping (First Class or Priority) however some items have to go priority because of weight. All domestic paakcges will have delivery confirmation. I do my best to protect both you the buyer and me as the seller, so fees in shipping are charged accordingly. The BUYER is responsible for submitting any damages to the shipping agent and MUST process ANY or ALL claims. We the SELLER are responsible for shipping and providing all delivery confirmation. WE ship worldwide and try to keep those costs to a minimum for the buyer. Please note that unless you pay for priority or express international shipping there is no insurance or delivery tracking. I will provide you with a customs number when requested. Please allow up to 30 business days from the date of shipment for arrival since sometimes your customs could take up to 30 days.


All autographed items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. All authenticity issues must be proven by a professional. If you return simply because of dislike or not the item is not what you thought it was, refunds of shipping are not given. I regret to have to do that but because of unnecessary relisting fees and shipping costs this is a must. All items to be returned must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt, please email me first for return shipping address. NO RETURNS ON WEBKINZ ITEMS UNLESS IN NEW CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. I will not be responsible for damages incurred by improper removal of tubed items. Tubed items need to be careful removed by rolling item inward first. All returns are at the cost of buyer unless seller error. Items must be returned in same condition as shipped.


We really do try hard to make everyone pleased with their purchase with us. I realize that with WEBKINZ the children are impatient and have no real perception of time. It seems to take forever and they can drive you crazy. I really push my staff and myself to delivery a quality product in a reasonable amount of time. At times the GANZ shipments are delayed beyond my control, either by them or customs. Shipping time from CANADA to me is seven days. Please try to understand.
