THE QUALITY IS SUPERB, THEY ARE 9.5 QUALITY AND THEY WERE RECORDED THRU DVR DIGITALLY ON A HD TV, THEY HAVE THE CW SYMBOL IN THE CORNER BECAUSE IT WAS RECORDED DIGITALLY WHILE IT WAS BROADCAST, BUT THIS DOESNT TAKE AWAY FROM THE QUALITY
. SINCE ITS GOING ON DVD THE HD IMAGING WAS REDUCED TO THE QUALITY OF DVD QUALITY BUT NONE THE LESS IT IS STILL HIGH QUALITY. THEY ARE COMMERCIAL FREE. SO WITH THE COMMERCIALS BEING CUT OUT EACH EPISODE IS ALMOST CLOSE TO 20 MINUTES. SO YOU CAN WATCH WITHOUT THOSE AGRRAVATING COMMERCIALS. ALSO THEY HAVE MENU'S.
All DVD's are shipped in DVD paper sleeves and Item will be shipped out within 3 days upon payment clearing.

Replacement Policy-
In the event a dvd is defective an email must be sent within five days of receiving the item to notify me and I will send replacement out. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
