This is one splendid set done by
Alfred Philippe in the early 1960s not long before he retired. The
stones are austrian crystal, but not a standard swarovski color.
Instead they are the most
unusual shade of aqua blue that must
have been custom made for this particular line. The brooch is a
military medal style with a medallion of four a/bs. A centered blue
flowers hanging from a bar with a single floral motif in the
center. Measuring 1 5/8 inches wide x 3 inches long while the clip
earrings are also danglers and measure 1 7/8 incheslong x 1 inches
wide. The silver trifanium setting is brilliant and virtually
indistinguishable from rhodium. All pieces are in excellent vintage
condition.
