Payment: Payments must be received within 7 days from the close of the auction. Feedback will be left for Non-Paying Bidders.

Delivery Time : Most of our items are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of payment. If an item is out of stock please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Stock Availability: At the time we list an item, there is more than one of that item in stock. We do our very best to track inventory however, if demand exceeds our supply we will give the buyer the option of:
(1) a store credit
(2) have the item back ordered and shipped when it becomes available.
(3) full refund if the second option is not available.

If this is not acceptable please do not bid on our auctions.

Returns and DOA

Please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback, or you may slow down this process as our Feedback Staff reviews any negative feedback related to a damage case prior to any action taken.

Damaged items or other issues: Wrong color? Didn't match? The item was damaged? Don't worry, we have you covered! We understand, even through our careful inspection and shipping process, that our packages may occasionally arrive damaged. At most times we can cover for damages or unfulfilled orders with a part shipped to you, free of charge. If you would like an exchange or return, we can also accommodate you. Please contact us in the event of a damage case.

We recommend that all of our customers open the item and inspect it thoroughly prior to accepting delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear, only refuse the item if the actual product is damaged. Once the item is refused, email us so we can ship a replacement item as quickly as possible. Thank you for your valued cooperation.
