The hardcover book does not have its dust jacket.  It measures 8 3/4 inches by twelve inches with about 175 pages.  The covers have some black stains and worn corners.  The spine has a small rip at the top.  The binding is broken at a few pages but it is intact.  The pages are clean.   Please see the scans/photographs below for condition problems.
