RMA:     Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging and displaying the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number for your order, please contact us. All RMA numbers are valid for (10) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

• For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 10 days with a RMA # which we assigned.
• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (e.g. USPS with Delivery Confirmation)
• Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
• Pick up service is not available for return merchandise.
• All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
• All return products will be tested by our technicians to verify the problem. If found to be non-defective, we may ship back to the customer at his/her cost.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return.

Return procedures:        Please contact us by email to obtain the RMA number (return merchandise authorization) before shipping the product back. Crazydealguy is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:

• We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
• Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
• Any used item will be refused and returned.

Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable in any circumstances. If the product is free shipping, you will entitle up to 50% of the total price. After 7 days (Start from delivery day) , all sales are final. If you want to return the item, buyer must pay for their own shipping for mailing back to us, and there are 25% restocking fee. If the product refuses, there would be 25% restocking fee as well.

Important: Return product must be in original clean condition box with original accessories, packaging, manuals, registration card, UPC Code, Serial number & cable. Otherwise we will not be ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURN OR REFUND.

Important: Computer software, video games, audio CDs, VHS videos, and DVD videos are not refundable and no warranty. warranty must be obtain direct to the manufacture.

International Custom Duty Tax : All international customers needed to responsible for all Duty Tax by the Custom, the shipping and handling is not cover for the custom charges.
