This is a full sized kilt, NOT a kilted skirt, which you so often see listed as a genuine kilt. I had this custom made when I was playing with Scotland's Reign Pipe Band, but went back to Ceol Neamh PB before I even had a chance to wear it. The stay stitches are still in the pleats.
