Low Density? We know "16 chip" is what most
people think of as Low Density - the truth is, you can't go by the
number of chips. The density is actually referring to the
memory
inside each chip,
not
the number of chips on the module. To learn more
about High/Low Density and debunk other RAM myths please read the
guide we've posted here on Ebay - just click the words "Top 1,000
Reviewer" next to our Ebay ID and it'll take you to where you can
read the guide. If you've seen
that other guide trust us - ours is a LOT clearer and is
factually correct.
Who is the Manufacturer?
We buy these new from a manufacturer, but we've
asked the manufacturer not to put their name on them. It's
not that we're not proud of the quality - they're actually
very high quality (check our feedback) - it's just
that we have some large customers who buy these in bulk and we
don't want them to bypass us. It took us a lot of time
& work to locate the manufacturer and negotiate a
relationship... it would be foolish to just give that away!
The picture shown is what we normally sell but once in awhile we
might get some from our backup supplier which would look
different. 95% of the time you'll get the item pictured
above. If not, the RAM we send will still have the same specs
as described in the auction listing.
Packaging?
We ship our sticks in static free bags inside a
padded envelope for added protection.
Compatability?
For some items we list both a Compatibility List
and NON-Compatible list. Please check the entire listing and make
sure your model isn't listed under a NON-Compatible list. Even if
your item is in the Compatibile list, please remember that there's
still a small chance your laptop won't accept the RAM - once in a
blue moon we find a laptop that wants to be picky. But we do have
RAM from other manufacturers that we keep on hand in case issues
come up. If your PC has trouble with our RAM, we can exchange it.

Terms of Sale
Payment:
At this time we only accept
Paypal.
Shipping:
Items are shipped within 1 business day
once payment is received, in static-free bags and padded envelopes
for added protection.
S&H costs are listed at the bottom of this
web page.
Compatability:
For some items we list both a
Compatibility List and
NON-Compatible list.
Please make sure your model isn't listed under
a NON-Compatible list.
If your model is mentioned in neither the
Compatiblity nor the NON-Compatibility list then contact so we can
check compatibility before you purchase the RAM.
If your item is in the Compatibility list,
please remember that there is still a small chance your laptop
won't accept the RAM - once in a blue moon we find a laptop that
wants to be picky.
But we do have RAM from other manufacturers
that we keep on hand in case compatability issues come up.
If your PC has trouble with our RAM, we can
exchange it.
We can also issue a refund - just email us and

Exchanges:
If you need a replacement quickly we
ask that you purchase the correct item as a separate purchase.
That way we can treat it separately and send it
out immediately.
Then you can ship your return whenever it's
convenient, and we'll process it whenever we get it.
This enables us to help you faster and ensures
both items are covered by fraud protection.
Returns:
This item may be returned for exchange
or refund within 7 days if the item does not perform as described.
We will give you a full refund if: (a) we shipped you an item other
than what you ordered, or (b) our website erroneously stated the
item was compatible.
In all other cases the buyer is responsible for
return postage and insurance.
Except in the two cases explained above, when
we process a refund we retain a portion of the funds to cover the
costs we incurred to send the item out originally (postage,
materials, insurance, etc).
The fee will be a minimum of $3.99 for the
first item and $1 for each additional item, or our actual costs,
whichever are higher.
(In a nutshell: Ebay management is gradually
pushing all sellers to offer "free" shipping - but let's be honest:
shipping is not free.
It's combined into the sale price.)
Insurance:
Insurance is required to replace items
lost or damaged during shipping and is NOT included in the shipping
cost unless otherwise noted. Claims for lost mail can be filed 30
days after the mailing date (45 days for International mail).
If your item gets lost, notify us so we can
document the loss.
Then, if you don't want to wait, please
purchase a 2nd item - this way we can send it to you immediately
while waiting to file the claim on the first one, and we are both
protected!
If you'd rather wait and file the claim we can
do that too.
Feedback:
Take a second to check our feedback -

We automatically leave feedback for all
customers once feedback has been left for us.
We gladly leave feedback once the transaction
is complete and we know you are satisfied (please contact us BEFORE
leaving negative or neutral feedback so we can work it out with
you). If you consider the transaction complete indicate your
satisfaction by leaving positive feedback, and we will return the
favor.
International Customers:
Items are shipped within 1 business day, but
please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery (maybe longer if the package is
caught up in customs).
An insurance claim can be filed on a missing
package after 45 days.
Paypal is the only method of payment we
currently accept for international customers. NOTE: Global Priority
Mail and Global Express Mail will NOT get your package to you
quicker - the Priority/Express portion of the service is only good
within the US.
We happen to be located 4 hours from Miami, so
First Class mail gets there overnight too.
From Miami, the mail leaves the US.
The only benefit to Global Priority/Express is
that the tracking number still works after the package has left the
US.
We know the USPS website says 3-5 business
days, but it says that for every location on the planet.
USPS employees told us this is the default
statement for Express Mail, but the truth is once the package
leaves the US it is treated like regular mail, and will still take
1-3 weeks for delivery.
