JOAN CAULFIELD PAPER DOLLS and DRESSES
Restored JUMBO Paper Doll from Forget-Me-Not Publishing

Lovely Joan and her wardrobe are here in a fully restored set with six pages of costumes. Covers with two dolls are gorgeously painted, and the six pages of costumes are painted extremely well also. The dolls are very good likenesses of the star.

Each Page is printed full size 11"x15". Covers are on 80# coverstock, costume pages are on 32#. All papers are top grade laser paper with a lovely satin finish which takes the colors sharp and clear. The restoration has brought the art back to better-than-new because all flaws have been corrected. This is not simply a color copy of the old book...it's bright, fresh and newly restored and THEN laser printed on a professional Canon C3380.

The jumbo size is fun and easy to cut.

We have hundreds of customers who are thrilled with these fresh, bright, clean, and better-than-new restorations. The only difference is our books are 8.5" x 11" finished books...usually not the original size. Many of the American publishers' books we restore are reduced in size from the first-printing versions. Our papers are actually BETTER than any of the originals because ours are ARCHIVAL...no acid...so they won't brown and deteriorate with age. And we have the Happy Customer Policy as well, so you can be refunded if you truly are not happy. Below are some actual testimonials from a few of our customers. More can be found at our PaperGoodies website. (However THIS version is the JUMBO 11"x15" single/unbound page in large Mylar envelope.)

Hi Judy- your website is a dream come true! My birthday is May 31st-so I had the urge to treat myself to a bit of a paper doll splurge. Thanks so much for all of the trouble you go to, to make these cozy memories for us paper doll lovers. I have bad allergies to actual vintage papers and such, so these reproductions are the perfect solution for me. I was born in 1946, so a lot of the ones from the 50s, I can enjoy now. Keep up the fabulous work!   Kind regards- Jennifer Rios, TX

Thank you so much - I am a paper doll lover and I am so excited to have found your website.   I shall be ordering again!   You have so many fabulous paper dolls and thank you so much, also, for your prompt attention to my order - I always find America has such a more professional attitude than good old England !!  Denise Hall

Dear Judy, I received my beautiful order of paper dolls from you today, And as usual you amaze me how fast I get my orders and how beautiful they are! The colors are sharp and the paper is of grrat quality. They bring back such nice memories. Thank you again, your paper doll friend, Rose Marie Balogh, NY

Just got my most recent order and wanted to thank you.  I've probably told you before, but I'm so glad to have found you - you're the biggest carrier of paper dolls I've ever seen.  Yippeee! Linda Smith, SC

This set is fantastic. I couldn't be happier with them. The Arlene Dahl is impossible to find, and this set is probably better than the original. Thanks!!! Pat Sawyer, Florida

Stats on Joan Caulfield:
Date of Birth: June 1, 1922, West Orange, New Jersey
Date of Death:  June 18, 1991, Los Angeles, California, USA (lung cancer)
Birth Name: Beatrice Joan Caulfield
Height: 5' 5" (1.65 m) Measurements: 35 1/2-25-35 1/2 (in 1950), (Source: Celebrity Sleuth magazine)
Movie and Broadway actress and former fashion model, Joan Caulfield was discovered by Broadway
producers, which helped her successful career on stage. This then led to movies at Paramount Pictures.

One of her most memorable roles was in The Unsuspected (1947), opposite Claude Rains
and Audrey Totter  during her time at the Warner Brothers Studio.

Joan died at age 69, two weeks after lung cancer surgery in Los Angeles. Caulfield's former spouse, Frank Ross , had earlier been married to Jean Arthur . On the very day after Caulfield's death, Arthur herself died. Joan's ashes were scattered in the Pacific Ocean.
Hailed in her time as one of the screen's great beauties, many of her cameramen said she was one of the few women in Hollywood whom it was virtually impossible to photograph badly.
Caulfield was represented by the famous John Robert Powers agency as a fashion model in the early 1940s.

We slip the 11x15 pages into a crystal clear archival protective Mylar seal-top bag to keep it nice and clean.
