Do I need a foundation or can I use my current box spring?
Yes,  if you have a box spring already, you can use it with your new air bed. If you find that your box spring is too soft, you can always put a piece of 3/8 inch plywood between your new air bed and your box spring to provide a firmer base.  A wood waterbed platform will also work as a base for this air bed.  If you need a foundation we have them available in our store.                

When shipping a mattress alone, we ship it unassembled 

When shipping a mattress and foundation set, we ship it via common carrier to your first door

What sizes of air beds do you carry?

• California King 84" x 72"

• Eastern King   80" x 76"

• Queen            80" x 60"

When will my new air bed ship?
Generally your new the air bed ship within 2-5 business days after placing your order. 

Shipping time varies from 5-7 business days, depending on destination.

Is the air bed made in the USA?
The air bed and components are made 100% in the USA. 

Are these airbeds considered adjustable beds?
There are two types of mattresses that could be considered adjustable beds. One is a bed frame that goes up and down from a sitting to a sleeping position and back again.   Another is a mattress where the firmness level is adjustable from soft to firm. This air bed is the second of these two - in fact it's dual adjustable! That means each sleeper can adjust his or her side of the bed to whatever firmness level is most comfortable.

What is a Memory Foam Mattress?
A memory foam mattress is a mattress made from a material called visco elastic memory foam. A memory foam mattress is not adjustable. When you purchase an air bed with memory foam, you get the best of both worlds. Not only can you enjoy the benefits of a memory foam mattress, but you get the adjustability of sleeping on air!
 

How long is the warranty?
We have a LIFETIME WARRANTY

Is assembly difficult?
Not at all.  Assembly instructions are included and if you have questions you can always call us regarding the setup.

Will the mattress I receive be brand new?
Yes. Your new mattress will ship directly from the manufacturer warehouse.

Can I over-inflate the air mattress?
No, you can not over-inflate the air mattress.
