How does it work?

wig is made of a very thin this base, and it is through the holes
in the base that the individual strands of the highest quality
Indian Remy hair are threaded through and then hand tied. There is
no sewing of any wefts of hair like an average wig, so you are
given the freedom to style as desired without any
restriction.
How does it stay on?
The
wig is kept in place with a special lace front tape, which as it
name would have you believe stays at the front and for the back and
the sides wig tape are adhesive is used. It can be worn for a short
period of time (days) or for a period of months it all depends on
the maintenance.

Repair Service:

Read Below Prior to Sending in for Repair
We offer repair services on any wigs
that we have designed. The cost of the repair varies
depending on type of repair that is required. Starting cost
is $150.00. Plus the customer is responsible for shipping
cost which includes insurance and tracking.
Most problems are able to be repaired
on the unit. Including rips, tears, hair loss,
etc.
Repair Services Include:

Mending very small holes, rips and
tears (larger rips or tears may not be able to be
fixed)

Replacing Hair Loss (extensive
hair loss is not repairable)
NOTE: If you have a rip or hole that you
want mended - please open a support ticket first to see if it is
repairable. If you send a unit in that is unrepairable - you
will receive a refund minus shipping cost that we incur to ship the
wig back to you.
Instructions for Requesting Wig Repair Services:

Please put detailed information as to
what type of repair is needed

A Repair Representative will respond to
your ticket and advise if the problem is repairable

If it is repairable, you can add the
repair to your shopping cart via the website.

Do not send units that are not completely
cleaned of adhesives or products into our office as the repair will
be declined.

Do not send units into our office that are
still damp from washing
Sending Your Unit in For Repair:

For sanitary reasons,
YOU MUST remove ALL GLUE RESIDUE from the lace and hair and you
MUST WASH YOUR UNIT
first prior to sending it in to us for repair
(un-cleaned wigs will not be accepted for repair and you will
be responsible for return shipping)

Print out the
Order Repair Form Receipt which includes your name,
address, telephone number, and email address.

Include a Typed Note with the repair
areas listed.

Repairs will take
approximately 4-6 weeks depending on the extent of the
repair
