Injection-Molded nose cone. This one-piece nose cone is built tough, and should
stand up to many hard landings.

Plastic Fin Unit. This makes the rocket easy to build for younger children.
Because everything is molded, the parts all line up correctly. Because of this, the
rocket flies straight and true every time it is launched. You do want your child's
first flight to go successfully, don't you? The Fin unit consists of:
 
Injection molded fins. These fins easily slide into the grooves molded into the
plastic tail cone. There are a couple of cool things about them. First, they
conform perfectly to the curvature of the tail cone. This makes them attach to
the rocket with incredible strength. Second, the thickness of the plastic of the
fins gets thinner the further away from the tube. It is like a knife-edge effect.
The purpose of this is to reduce drag and weight. This is one design that was
carefully thought out to achieve super high flights on small motors.
