Please do not, however, wait more than 10 days (from winning your FIRST item) to complete checkout, as this will result in your entire order being canceled and your items being relisted.

Insurance is included for FedEx shipments at no charge on invoices up to $100. Additional insurance will be added during checkout at a pro-rated amount of $2.00 per $100. For example, if your invoice total is 200.00 you will incur an insurance charge of $2.00, if your invoice total is 250.00 you will incur an insurance charge of $3.00, etc. Please note that you may always opt-out of additional insurance, limiting your insured coverage on FedEx shipments to $100 at no charge.

• We only allow return for damaged or defective items.
• Buyer is required to keep the original package(s) and box(es) for claims.
• Damage claims must be filled within 3 days after receiving the package. 
• Buyer must notify us within 7 days for defective units. For item exchange, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
