I ship very promptly via the United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Sorry, no local pickups.
In most cases, if you pay by 11:00am CT, I'll ship the same day.

Shipping discount on multiple items: I offer a discount on shipping of multiple purchases. You pay full shipping price on the purchase with the highest shipping rate, and I will deduct 50% from the lower shipping rate(s) (discount applies ONLY to those items paid for in one payment and shipped to one address).

IMPORTANT: If you purchase separate items, I will send you a combined invoice with the shipping discount. Please wait until you receive the invoice before you pay.

My domestic shipping rates apply to all US territories including HI, AK, PR, GU, APO, FPO, etc.

Insurance:
I offer insurance on every package I send (domestic and international). Insurance is optional, but highly recommended.

If you purchase coverage and your package is lost or damaged in shipping, I will replace it at no cost to you or refund your money - insurance costs are not refundable.

Warranty:
I stand behind the products I sell. I offer a one-year warranty on all my items. If the item should fail to work within one year of date of purchase, please return it to me for a replacement (or refund if item is not in stock). Warranty is limited to purchase price of the item only.

Returns:
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund of your purchase price (less shipping).

FAQ's:

What does mAh stand for?
"mAh" stands for milliamp-hours . This unit is used to specify the storage capacity of batteries. The higher the mAh rating, the longer the battery will hold its charge between charging cycles. Think of it as the size of the gas tank in your car: the larger the tank, the longer you can drive between refills. An mAh rating larger or smaller than your original battery's will have no impact on the performance of your camera/camcorder, it will only impact how often you have to charge the battery.

Are there any special instructions for using the battery for the first time?
No. The battery will reach you with a partial charge. I recommend you fully charge the battery before using, but it is not necessary to fully deplete the battery before recharging. You can recharge the battery at any time during its discharge cycle. Sometimes a new battery will require a few charging cycles before it reaches its full capacity.

How do I prolong the life of my battery?
If you plan to store your battery for an extended period of time without use, it is best to leave it partially charged (not fully charged and not fully discharged). This will prolong the life of your battery.

The voltage on your battery is different than mine - is this a problem?
The voltage difference is based on the cells used – it’s the nominal voltage. The nominal voltage value is just a mile marker on the way from discharged to charged. Your original battery and my replacement battery will charge to the same voltage when fully charged and will discharge to the same voltage before needing to be recharged. The nominal voltage difference will have no impact on performance, nor will it harm your camera/charger in any way.

Will my package have a tracking number?
Tracking is the ability to tell where a package is at any point on the delivery path. The post office only offers tracking on packages shipped via USPS Express - see the USPS web site for more information. I do not ship via USPS Express, so there will be no tracking number for your package.

How long will it take your charger to fully charge my battery?
Charging time is a function of the battery’s capacity (mAh rating) and the charger’s output (mA). For instance, if your battery’s capacity is 1200mAh , it would take approximately 2 hours for a 600mA charger to completely charge the battery. (1200mAh divided by 600mA equals 2 hours.)
