The ballast is digital slim version which is more stable than analog fat ballast.  The size of ballast is about 3"x2" and thickness is 0.5".  Very slim.

The warranty on H.I.D Xenon Conversion Kits bought from us consists of 2 years, from the date of the original purchase, on Bulbs and Ballasts. If there are any concerns towards the warranty please contact us. Please retain your Paypal.com receipt after the transaction so that we can approve your warranty exchange in case something goes wrong, please keep in mind that we will check all receipts submitted with our customer database.

 

We do not endorse modification of vehicles for use in public highways, since government regulations may be violated. As an express condition of sale of any part, you agree to use the performance parts for the modification of vehicles for off-road use only. All HID conversion kit is for export & off-road use only.

***Void Warranties***

Any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact will not be replaced under the warranty. Any modification to the system, or operating on a vehicle with damaged headlight housing will void the warranty. We will not be responsible for damages to automobiles resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED, EASY TO FOLLOW:

1) Make sure to disconnect your battery.
2) Remove your original halogen light bulbs and gently put them aside.
3) Put in the HID Xenon Conversion Bulb(s) in to the housings where the original bulb(s) was.

- Make sure not to touch the HID bulb with your fingers, or hit it against anything.
    - If bulbs are stained, use alcohol pad to remove stains (no liquids).
    - For cars with dust caps, make sure to modify the cap for the lights or use something equivalent to protect the bulbs.
4) Connect wiring in to their proper connections.
5) Connect the wiring to the HID bulbs.
6) Find a mounting point for the ballasts; use the double sided tape if needed.
    - Do not put ballasts near any hoses or other car parts, to prevent damage.
    - Do not drill holes in to the ballasts or do other modification to them.
7) Make sure to secure all wiring with the zip ties.
    - Do not place wiring near car parts which can damage them.
8) Reconnect your battery and check wiring
9) Start your car and turn the lights on, please allow your lights to stay on for 5-15 minutes. There is a 50 hour "break in" period for the lights. NOTE: All of our kits will light up the color promised after 50 hours of usage, since all the gases within the bulb need to mix properly.

Please Note: Some cars require more work than others to install the lights.
The 50 Hours break in period allows your light to reach its maximum shine.
Read your cars manual and HID Xenon Conversion Kits manual for more information regarding installation. Also, it is recommended to upgrade your fuses to 20AMP after installation. In some vehicles it is necessary to connect the connectors opposite of positive to negative and negative to positive.
