Warranty

At The Phone Exchange, we do our best to ensure that all merchandise sold to our customers is in excellent working condition. Therefore,    items purchased through The Phone Exchange are protected through a 30-Day DOA warranty. An item that is DOA (Dead On Arrival) is not in working condition upon its receipt. If you believe your purchase is DOA, please notify The Phone Exchange within five business days and we will work to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, our warranty does   NOT  cover physical damage.

Payment

The Phone Exchange    accepts the following forms of payment:

Shipping

The Phone Exchange   will readily ship to any location within the United States. We ask that all shipping addresses be PayPal confirmed.

Returns

Unfortunately, The Phone Exchange will only accept returns on items that are malfunctioning or DOA. If the buyer requests an exchange, we ask that the item is returned in its original packaging. The buyer will receive a working replacement of the item purchased.
