Packing
Items will be shipped in bubble bags or cartons directly. Most of our auctions do not have gift box included, otherwise we mention it on the auction page.

Shipping Date
We guarantee that shipment will be effected within 3 business days (China Time) after the payment is received .You can see the shipping date on the parcel.

Shipping Method
We use registered & insured airmail and offer a fixed shipping charge $6.00 for one single package no matter how many items it contains (free shipping for any additional items in the same shipment). It takes about 2-4 weeks to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Europe in general.

If you have not received your goods 30 days after shipping, kindly let me know,then give us another 30 days to trace this parcel with China Post.

If you want it by express service but the total purchase under US$300.00, we will offer the shipping extra charge within one business day after receiving your request. But, pls ask us before bidding and payment.

We also offer express shipping service no extra charge instead regular registered and insured airmail if your one purchase over US$300.00 not including shipping,but this special offer only for street address with telephone number and the destinations should be in US Mainland and Australia Mainland .

Shipping/handling charge
The fixed shipping charge of one single package $6.00 is for the destinations of USA and worldwide, and free shipping for any additional items in the same shipment. If you choose combination shipping, please pay for all items in a single payment.

Insurance
Insurance to 100 percent of value has been included automatically in the s/h charges.

Return Policy
Any of our items are returnable (less shipping/handling and insurance charges) within 7 days of receipt and all returned items should be back to my eBay registered mailing address (we ship some of my auctions with different shipping address from my eBay registered mailing address). Before returning, pls send us an email asking for confirmation.

If the item lost on the way, kindly let us have another 30 days to trace this item an trace report. We will return your full payment back after that.
However, we do not return money back because of problems with importing-tax, the importing process, or incorrect shipping address on the payment and buyers should put shipping and custom declaration instruction if they have in the paypal payment note or we will do our regular way for shipping and custom declaration.

Payment
We accept the following payments:
by any major credit cards or echecks. If for combination shipping, pay all items together in a single payment to my paypal account.

I do not accept any other payments for auctions in my store from airmail...such like cash,check,bank draft and regular money order.

Echecks for paypal payment must be cleared before shipping.
Buyers should send payment within 7 days after last auction ending.
