Multitester tested for voltage. This is a voltage EQUIVALENT wall mount version with all the electrical requirements of the Westell voltage regulator, power supply, powersupply, inverter, adaptor, adapter, transformer  INPUT: AC 120V and  OUTPUT: 12VAC 1250mA  (12 Volts AC 1.25A) .  Round barrel connector with a hollow center. BE CAREFULL. This model modem uses two different voltages (the other is 10.5V). Be sure your modem needs the 12V.
