These lithographs are a true and exact copy fine art reproduction of the original oil painting by Haddon Sundblom In 1931, The Coke-Cola Company commissioned Michigan-born illustrator Haddon Sundblom to develop advertising images using Santa Claus. For Inspiration, Sundblom turned to Clement Clark Moore's 1822 poem "A Visit from St Nicholas". Moore's description of the man as "chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf" led to the image of Santa that was warm, friendly and human. for the next 35 years, Sundblom painted portraits of Santa that helped to created the modern image of Santa Claus - an interpretation that today lives on in the minds of children of all ages all over the world. In 2004, Everything Coke-Cola commissioned lithographs of three orginal oil painting that artist Haddon Sundblom created for the Coke-Cola Company from 1930 through the 1960's: "Wherever I Go", From 1939, "Refreshing Surprise" from 1959 and "Things Go Better with Coke" from 1964. Only 200 lithographs were created of each painting. Each Lithograph is individually numbered. A matching numbers Certificate of Authenticity accomplices each lithograph. Each lithographs is not framed. Each lithograph comes in a shipping tube.
