At The Phone Exchange, we do our best to ensure that all merchandise sold to our customers is in excellent working condition. Therefore, items purchased through The Phone Exchange are protected through a 30-Day DOA warranty. An item that is DOA (Dead On Arrival) is not in working condition upon its receipt. If you believe your purchase is DOA, please notify The Phone Exchange within five business days and we will work to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, our warranty does NOT cover physical damage.

Shipping

The Phone Exchange will readily ship to any location within the United States. We ask that all shipping addresses be PayPal confirmed.

The Phone Exchange ships via United States Postal Service, which does not offer detailed step-by-step tracking information. Alternately, we can provide you with a confirmation of the date and time that the item has been scanned and delivered to the addressee.

Returns

Unfortunately, The Phone Exchange will only accept returns on items that are malfunctioning or DOA. If the buyer requests an exchange, we ask that the item is returned in its original packaging. The buyer will receive a working replacement of the item purchased.

We kindly ask that you hold any feedback until after the transaction is completed and you are satisfied with your product.

Agreement to Terms

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the item purchased is compatible with his/her service provider.
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are only applicable under the above stated conditions.
The buyer is solely responsible for activation and setup of the item functions, including but not limited to web access, e-mail, text messaging, clock and calendar functions, ringtone settings. Any activation problems should be handled by the buyers service provider.
Shipping is non-refundable. Buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs if the item is returned for any reason whatsoever.
Buyer is responsible for confirming his/her correct shipping address with eBay and PayPal. The Phone Exchange is not responsible for misplaced packages if the shipping address on eBay or PayPal is incorrect.

In order to provide you with the lowest possible prices, The Phone Exchange may import cellular phones from multiple global sources. These phones may include additional programmed languages and/or a small electronic adapter compatible with North American outlets. Phones from global sources may not carry a US manufacturers warranty.
