2. Parcel seized at customs and need to pay tax:
Buyer are responsible to pay customs import tax, if
buyer refuse to pay tax and left the parcel careless at customs, in
this case if parcel lost or return back to us. We do not refund for
such case.
3.Parcel seized at customs and do not allow import in your
country or return back to us:
There is a lot of reason for this, you and me
cannot control it, that is not my fault and your fault, we must
face such un-control cases together, so we bear the lost fifty by
fifty, we return maximum 50% of the total transaction after we
received the return back parcel. Sometime customs want tax,
sometime your products reached the annual maximum import proportion
limit of your country, sometime customs lack the knowledge
to judge the value or authenticity of the products, so they
may directly refused to import it instead of find out the value
about it. Nevertheless, what reason maybe, we only refund maximum
50% of the total transaction.
ITEM NOT AS DISCRIBED
My
product is high quality copy or surplus of original, every one know
it at this kind of cheap price, we do not accept such "not as
described dispute" and threat for more discount after you got the
merchandise.
1. We mistake to delivered wrong color and size:
We
compensate for 50% of that specific items value(not include
shipping cost), you keep the item for some use and do not need to
return back to us.
2. Size not fit :Final size is according to
buyer's decision, if the buyer do not sure about size and
authorized us to make the decision for you, we will define the
size fairly, but we only recommend the right size that may fit
well, but not sure, some one like fit well and others may like
loose, we cannot satisfy everyone's tastes. We do not bear the
responsibility for such case and no return or compensation, but
buyer will qualify to buy a new one at the low price as the
compensation.
3. We sent the wrong amount or items: we refund
100% of the value of specific items you not received.
4.Item badly damaged: for example a knife cut by
customs, we refund 30% for each item value for this matter, buyer
should open and check the parcel before sign it.
5. item bad quality problems and cannot for normal
use: we give 100% refund for specific item.
6. Minor defects: small problem do not affect the
items for normal use and easily repaired, like button drop off,
open seam, dirty with dust, etc. We refund 30% maximum for
each defect product and let the buyer keep it repaired. We do not
accept return for such cases.
7.waterproof and breath ability: ETPU waterproof
5000mm,breathability 12000g/m2/24h, our items cannot reach
waterproof 7000mm,breathability 20000g/m2/24h, so do not use our
product compare with others, our items use at medium-hard outdoor
environment, it is waterproof and breathable, very useful at a good
cost.
8. screen color different: sometime your computer
screen color is a little different with us, and the photography
environment is limited, so please understanding we do not accept
minus color deference complain.
9.Return Back: if buyer unsatisfied with the items
and want to return back, buyer must have a good reason to stands
the claims, it is only qualify within 7days after the receipt. The
time is according to online tracking number sign time. What ever
problem might be, what ever fault might be, buyer should bear the
return shipping cost. Principally we do not accept return back and
like the above mentioned compensation method to solve the problems.
If buyer does like the return back, please return it as original
status and have the parcel well packaged. Buyer must use shipping
company who can provide online tracking number for us to know the
parcel status. Only defective items qualify the return back but not
all items.
Sometimes
our product is a little different from the pictures we show up
here, like button or zipper colors, etc. that is our innovation or
improvement on product, but we sure the quality and styles is same
or even better. It has not much difference and do not affect it
use, We do not accept such a complain on this matters and no refund
or compensation.
We don't like negative feedback, so think twice before
bidding.
Should any dispute arise, we will do our best to resolve the
matter fairly.
