• All buyers, please provide us with a contact phone number when filling out the payment information on checkout.
• California residents, please add 9.25% sales tax in your item price (shipping, handling, and insurance charge has no tax). Buyer is responsible for all your import tax and duty. Example: the VAT for UK customers. Please verify with the customs in the country you live in before purchase.
• Payments are expected within 10 days after a winning auction is closed. Non paying bidder complaint will be filed with Ebay after 14 days.

• For Paypal payment user, we only ship to confirmed address.
• We will send a ship out notice to your email address once the process has been completed. If you have a spam filter you may not be able to receive emails from us. We normally accept multiple shipping order discounts. Certain product items might not be eligible. Please see the auction page, buy it now or store page for more details.

• All combine orders need to be purchased within 7 days period.
• Packaging might be differ from the picture.
• Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. Orders will go into our shipment process right after.
• Products will be shipped out within 24 to 48 Hours upon received payment. Due to  shipments from our multiple warehouses, transit time may be varying from 2 ~ 14 business days.
• Customs inspection delay; which is beyond our control will not count toward the normal transit time.
• Insurance is recommended, but optional on most items. Insured shipment will secure your investment in case of a lost item. If you choose the uninsured shipment type and in the event that your item gets lost, we do not accept any responsibility.

• We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price (S&H and Insurance not refunded) within 30 days of your purchase.
• Refunded products need   to be in its original package (Including the retail box, UPC code, packaging and all accessories). Missing parts will be charge a 15% restocking fee or more depending on what is missing from the package. If the missing part(s) cost more than 50% of the purchase price, we will not accept the return for refund.
• All returns must be authorized by our return Department; the return authorization number needs to be clearly marked on the side of the shipped back package. Please note that we do not accept any returns that have not been issued with this number.

• Shipping/Handling/Insurance costs are not refundable.
• Buyer will be responsible for returning back the supposedly defective item. Before returning the item, please contact us to get the RMA #.
• Please clearly mark the RMA number on the out side of the box. For any exchange or refund items ( please see the actual EBay auction page, buy it now or store page for details ).
