Shipping Information and Handling fee

Our standard method of shopping is via Hongkong Post and ship internationally. We provide only one shipping method for our customers "Unregistered International Air Mail". It generally takes around 5 -15 business days for the package to deliver. There is no guarantee that your package will be delivered within 15 business days (However most of the package does).

We generally will ship your item within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment. Generally, we ship Monday through Friday (some Saturdays as well) excluding US holidays. There are other days that we may not be able to ship for some reason. You will receive an email once the item(s) have been shipped.

Returns & Exchange

If the product is damaged please return it within 30 days for a replacement. Please include the packing slip. If the product is not damaged but you are not satisfied with the product you may return the product in their original condition for a full refund, excluding shipping charge. After the returns has been received, we will send the refund to you. Please note that we will not responsible for returns that are lost during shipping. Please send returns in appropriate packing.

Lost Package:

We are not responsible for a lost package (e.g. stolen in the mail), which are not insured. If you have a concern, we strongly recommend you get the insurance.

Payments

Payment must be made within 7 days of end of auction. Only payment via Paypal is allowed. We currently don't consider money order as payment option. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
