Sheep, a farm animal, is sought after by the Top Secret Military Organization so that they can complete construction on the sheep-powered ray-gun. Unfortunately, Sheep is the only sheep in existence who qualifies for this device. So, unable to evade General Specific and his lackey, Private Public, Sheep decides to move from the farm, to the big city; a safer environment. In a pig's eye! Moving to the city has not been an easy task for our hero, who faces problems such as housing, having a social life, and avoiding getting beaten senselessly by a stainless steel wig. The wearer of this wig, Lady Richington, also happens to be the owner of Sheep's one-true love, a poodle named Swanky. The humor in this cartoon is non-stop, and very pun oriented. Visual and verbal gags are plentiful.

    Sheep in the Big City is packed with spoofs of pop culture. In a true homage to the days of Rocky and Bullwinkle, 'Sheep' is is laded with phony advertisements for Oxymoron Soap, tv shows, and a segment involving a Ranting Swede.
