The majority of First Class Mail packages are carefully packaged in padded bubble envelopes.

We ship all of our International Orders via one of the following: USPS First Class Mail International, USPS Global Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International. These methods delivery time vary depending on the country you live in, and also on customs delays (we have no control over customs delays and don't know which packages will and will not be inspected and delayed) If you need faster shipments than is offered here then please contact us to find out about UPS and Fedex prices which are much more expensive but may have a way to get the packages to you faster.

• USPS First Class Mail International (FMI) is very slow and cheap and has NO tracking number. It generally takes between 1 to 3 weeks to arrive. However, sometimes FMI can take more time depending on your countrys Customs office. FMI does not include a tracking number, only a customs number that cannot be tracked online. We have many customers that question this and how long this service takes so please be aware. If your package has not arrived in 45 business days then please contact us.

• USPS Priority Mail International (PMI) is slightly faster than FMI and includes a tracking number to the USA border. It generally takes between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. Please Note: Global Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service. 95% of the time packages do arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. However, this is not a guaranteed time frame due to unknown customs delays. The tracking numer will track only to the USA border, and in some rare cases on your local postal website if your post office scans the package.

• USPS Express Mail International (EMI) is much faster than FMI and PMI and includes a tracking number to your door. It typically takes 8 days or less to arrive, but can also depend on customs office delays. However, this is not a guaranteed time frame due to unknown customs delays. NOTE: Because of the high cost involved, Express mail will not be refunded or discounted in anyway even if we send out a wrong or defective item, these items will be taken care of through our warranty policy or 30 day money back guarantee policy.

Insurance Optional
We offer optional insurance for all packages that covers damage and loss during shipping. We highly recommend the insurance but do not require it, we will handle all claims for the insurance personally for you. To file a claim the insurance company may require proof of damage or in cases of lost packages a minimum wait for arrival of 20 business days for domestic (packages shipped to the USA) or 45 business days for International (packages shipped outside the USA)
