This is a very good quality authentic Adidas Adicolor Tee Shirts and we sell in wholesale and retail. This is made of 100% soft polyester with wonderful quality.

Shipping Cost:

Usd 10.00 by registered air post including handling cost for single purchase. If you purchase in wholesale quantity, we will send the parcel by EMS, please ask us for price.

Combined Shipping & Handling Charge: we offer combined shipping & handling (S&H) discount for multiple purchases if the items are paid and shipped together and the saving is simply pay the first item S&H in full and then deduct $3.00 USD (or £1.50) from any subsequent items. (For example, if you won/purchased two items, the S&H charge for the first item is $9.00 USD and $8.00 USD for the second item. The total S&H charge for these 2 items is $17.00 USD. After deducted $3.00 USD S&H discount, the total combined S&H charge will be $14.00 USD). After you won/purchased the first item from us, you will have 7 days to combine all of the other auctions/items. When you are ready to checkout, please pay all your items in ONE combined payment and please DO NOT pay your items into separate payments. Please note that you will not receive combined shipping & handling savings and we cannot refund these charges if you checkout and pay for your items separately. If you need any help to combine your orders (especially with purchases in different currencies), please email us and we will be happy to assist you.

We ship worldwide (same shipping & handling charge for all countries). All orders are shipped from Hong Kong via HK Postal Service by International Registered Air Mail. We will ship immediately within 7 business days upon receiving your payment. Normally the post offices will take around 7-15 business days to deliver the packages to US and 7 - 20 business days to UK and 7 - 15 business days Germany, Franch, Italy, Spain. (but other countries may take longer). We do not deliver on public holidays. We have noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration!

Payment Terms.

We accept payment from PayPal. We are very sorry that we DO NOT accept Money Order, Personal and Business Checks from other countries. All payments must be submitted within 7 days after the auction has ended. If payment has not been received after that period, your item will be re-listed or sold to another bidder and a non-paying bidder report will be automatically.

Will you ship in wholesale quantity?

Yes we do. Any purchase over than 5 pieces, we will ship in wholesale price and please ask us for wholesale price.  

When will my package to be posted ?

Do you post internationally?

Yes, we ship to worldwide with the same shipping & handling cost. Please refer to our shipping terms of above for shipping & handling cost.

Do you combine shipping & handling cost?

I would like my package to be shipped without tracking number?

We strongly not recommended the shipment shipped without tracking number. When the shipment is shipped without tracking number, the arrival of the item is at buyer's risk as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged item during shipment.

Can I check my parcel on the web?

Yes, when the parcel is shipped by registered air mail, you are able to check each tracking number on the web. www.hongkongpost.com/eng/main.htm.

How long I should contact you for the parcel not delivery and how to claim my lost?

Normally, you should have the parcel within 7 - 20 days max. after you have our tracking number. If you do not receive your parcel after one (1) month of you received the tracking number. Please email me the detail and we will start tracking procedure from post office. Hong Kong post office normally will take around max. 2 months (normally 3-4 weeks) to confirm where the parcel. When the parcel is confirmed lost, damage on the way, we will refund full payment to you. However If the parcel is returned by wrong address or no people to sign up the parcel, we will send the parcel again by buyer's cost.

I do not receive a response regarding my question?

Normally, we will reply your email within 24 hours except Saturday and Sunday. If you do not response within 24 hours, the most reasons are (1) The email is not reached you during you have changed your email address from the one that is registered or (2) You are using a block or filter that is blocking our response. So please disable any SPAM block or EMAIL filters and send your email again.

When do you post feedback?

Positive feedback is left for customers who have left us positive feedback. As soon as we receive positive feedback from the customer, our system will automatically leave positive feedback in return. If you have any question, before leaving natural or negative feedback, please contact us and we will help.

Can I return my purchase and receive a refund?

We are very sorry that all sales are final, so there will be no return or refund available.

Can I exchange the purchase during quality problem?

Each product we will check very carefully and make sure quality is satisfy. However, if any quality defect you found, we accept exchange the parcel and please refer to our policy of above for parcel exchange.

I am the winning bidder of your item but I do not want my purchase anymore, can I cancel my order?

Auction bids are legally binding agreements to purchase. We have to pay auction fees of each transaction. The only way to receive a refund on these fees is to file as Non-Paying Bidder Alert!! which impacts negatively on you as a buyer. So we are very sorry that we cannot cancel my completed transaction. Please be careful with your bids to make sure that you want to purchase the item.
